As one of the specialized vacuum therapy penis pump accessories, the adapter bushing goes inside the Large Penile Tube before the user places the tube against his body. The adapter bushing helps fit the tube to the penis, helps create a proper airtight seal for the vacuum, and offers a softer feel against the body than the penile tube alone.

• Adapter bushings for the Large Penile Tube come in one size - inside diameter 2 1/8".
• This adapter bushing will NOT fit the standard-sized penile tube.
